Positive: I had a great stay! The host is a call away for any and everything you may need and the place is just awesome. Very clean, very spacious and has everything you need to cook anything you're in the mood for. The bed is super comfortable, everything was perfect 10's across the board. Negative: I loved everything.

Best I've seen in bham, the groovy blue! Positive: Location and building was awesome. Lots of amenities! Very easy check in, even though there was an issue with my virtual key. Staff was responsive and even called to ensure I got in and everything was good. Both couches were actually futons which was cool. Bed was comfortable... No complaints. Negative: The large couch/futon was a little thin in the cushioning, a little uncomfortable. But honestly... I didn't care. Will definitely book again.

Best bed we have slept on next to our own. Negative: Parking notice with checkin info. Tow parking notice not noticable when sark and raining. Cat was towed because we did not notice restice park on arrival

Nice appartment, well appointed but accessing it is a nightmare along with no on-site parking as was stated. Positive: Well appointed apartment, excellent standard of furnishings but there was no carpet, only a concrete floor and a couple of rugs. Negative: Accessing the apartment was a nightmare, plus there was no onsite parking as was stated on Booking.Com, eventually had to park in the parking building adjacent at a very high rate. You need to download an app just to enter the lot, then you have a series of other doors to unlock using the app, not at all helpful especially if you don’t have data available.
